The Problem

Your routine moves.
Cold storage usually doesn't.

01

Ice packs fade.

A few hours in, passive cooling is gone. The cold chain is broken before you've left the building.

02

Mini fridges stay behind.

They need an outlet. Carrying a routine that requires a power socket isn't a portable routine.

03

Generic coolers weren't built for vials.

Soft-sided lunch bags and repurposed insulin cases are workarounds. Nothing was purpose-built for this.

Our Mission
"Cold storage should move with you — not anchor you to a power socket."

PeptiChill started with a straightforward idea: temperature-sensitive storage shouldn't require messy ice packs, bulky mini fridges, or a routine built entirely around outlets. We're building a compact, premium cooler case designed for the way people actually travel, work, train, and live.

FAQ

Questions,
answered.

No. PeptiChill is a consumer electronics product — a portable rechargeable cooler case designed for organizing and transporting temperature-sensitive vials. It is not a medical device and does not make any medical or therapeutic claims.

PeptiChill is designed around a 2–8°C target internal temperature in typical ambient conditions. This is a design goal based on current specifications. Final performance will be confirmed after production testing and manufacturing validation.

PeptiChill is designed with travel in mind. The integrated battery is built to UN38.3 standards — the standard airlines reference for personal lithium-ion electronics. Always verify current carry-on rules with your specific airline before flying, as policies vary and change.

The foam insert is precision-cut for 3mL glass vials — approximately 16mm diameter × 35mm height. This is the most common small-format vial size. Compatibility with other sizes will depend on the insert dimensions; custom inserts may be offered as accessories in future product versions.

The design target is 4–6 hours of continuous active cooling on a full charge at 25°C ambient. Runtime will depend on ambient temperature, usage patterns, and battery specifications confirmed in production. You can also plug into any USB-C source to run cooling indefinitely.
